Sipo Privacy Policy

Effective

Overview

Sipo is a body-measurement reference app provided by Luke Nguyen. You can use the app without creating an account. This policy explains the information Sipo handles in the app and the information you may choose to send through the external support portal.

Information handled in the app

Sipo handles the profile name you enter, body measurements, measured timestamps, optional notes, your language preference, and onboarding state. These details support your saved profile, measurement guidance, and the app’s body overview.

Storage, transmission, and deletion

Sipo uses local application storage on your device and requires no account. The current release does not send profile or measurement data to Sipo-operated servers and does not provide Sipo-operated cloud sync. This statement describes the app-operated behavior reviewed for the current release.

Using Clear data in Sipo removes the app data held in its local storage. Your operating system may include application data in a device or cloud backup and may restore that data according to your platform settings and provider policies. Removing local data from Sipo does not necessarily remove a copy already held in an operating-system backup.

Voluntary support submissions

Support requests use the external Sipo Featurebase portal provided by Featurebase. Submitting a request is voluntary. You may provide contact details, message content, and any other information you choose to include. Featurebase processes the submission under its own terms and privacy practices.
